How to use Trauma dressing bandage
1. Ring method
This method is mostly used on the wrist and the parts with the same thickness of the limbs. Start by wrapping the Trauma dressing bandage in a looped overlap. The first circle is slightly oblique; the second and third circles are circular, and the inclined corner of the first circle is pressed into the circular ring, and finally the tape tail is fixed with adhesive paste, or the tape tail can be cut into two heads , then tie the knot.
2. Serpentine method
This method is mostly used for the fixation of splints. Start by wrapping the Trauma dressing bandage in a loop several times. According to the width of the bandage, wrap it diagonally up or down.
3. Spiral method
This method is mostly used where the body thickness is the same. First wrap a few turns in the circular method. Wrap each turn in a spiral over one-third or two-thirds of the previous turn.
4. Helical reflex method
This method is used in places where the thickness of the limbs varies. First wrap in a loop. When the wrap is thickened, fold each loop of the bandage over to cover one-third or two-thirds of the front loop. Wrap the Trauma dressing bandage from the bottom up.
